　　2021年8月，万豪国际集团任命陈伟良先生 (Mr. William Yosanto) 为北京金融街威斯汀大酒店总经理。

　　陈伟良先生毕业于瑞士格里昂酒店管理学院，后加入美国凯悦国际集团开始了他的管培生生涯。来到中国后，他将瑞士优秀的酒店管理知识融合进日常的酒店经营管理中，曾先后在万丽、万豪、君悦等多个国际品牌酒店担任重要管理职位。他的职业生涯遍布中国天津、北京、上海、三亚等多个城市地区工作。他年轻富有活力，从未停止探索酒店管理的新思路、新方法。2018年,陈伟良先生担任万豪国际集团苏州地区运营总监，负责12家万豪酒店的整体运营业绩的同时，他也兼任苏州尼盛万丽酒店的驻店经理一职，在此期间陈伟良先生获得了深刻的市场见解和丰富的商业经验。一年之后，他被任命为苏州福朋喜来登酒店总经理并在苏州市场屡创佳绩，在竞争激烈的市场中不断扩大苏州福朋喜来登酒店的知名度，使酒店更具竞争力。

　　Having graduated with a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Mr. William Yosanto started his career in 2006 as Rooms Intern in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. He joined the corporate management training program with Hyatt Group in the United States before coming to China and took up various Rooms Division roles with Marriott in Tianjin, Beijing, and Shanghai. He obtained deep insights and strong business acumen when he was the Market Director of Operations for Suzhou while he overseen 12 Marriott hotels' overall operations and performances. In the same time, he was also appointed as Resident Manager of Renaissance Suzhou. Mr.Yosanto's most recent role began in 2019 when he was promoted as General Manager of Four Points By Sheraton Suzhou where he improved hotel's products and property awareness to lead the hotel be more competitive.

　　Born and raised in Beijing Barry has an extensive background in the 5 Star Luxury Hospitality. Barry started his Marriott career in 1997 in the Food and Beverage Division at the St. Regis in Beijing where he worked as Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, Director of Wines, F&B Manager and numerous Management Positions in the Food and beverage departments before he joined the Human Recourses Division in 2012 as Human resource senior manager and acting Director of Human Resources.With his passion and his drive Barry made up his way swiftly to the top of the Department.
