　　近日，万豪国际集团任命姬楚先生(Simon Ji)为沈阳万豪酒店总经理，全面负责沈阳万豪酒店总体运营及管理工作，带领酒店步入快速发展的新篇章。

　　姬楚先生拥有21年的国际酒店从业经验，他毕业于瑞士理诺士酒店管理学院，随后在瑞士以国际化视野开启了酒店职业生涯，工作足迹遍布英国，北京，澳门，广州，宁波，深圳。他曾担任凯悦、雅高、希尔顿及万豪等多个国际酒店品牌旗下酒店的运营管理职位，具备出色的团队领导力及敏锐洞察力，在运营管理及市场拓展方面拥有着丰富的经验。屡次帮助酒店提高市场份额，增加营运收入。此次履新前，姬楚先生在北京万豪行政公寓担任总经理一职。

　　Recently, Marriott International appointed Mr. Simon Ji as the General Manager of Shenyang Marriott Hotel, he will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of Shenyang Marriott Hotel, and lead the hotel into a new chapter of rapid development.

　　Mr. Simon Ji owns 21 years of international hotel experience. He graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, and then started his hotel career in Switzerland with an international perspective. His work footprints are all over the UK, Beijing, Macao, Guangzhou, Ningbo and Shenzhen. He has served as the operation management position of hotels under many international hotel brands such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton and Marriott. He has excellent team leadership, perception and unique insights, and has rich experience in operation management and market development. He focuses on improving market share and increasing hotel revenue. Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Simon Ji was the General Manager of The Imperial Mansion Beijing Marriott Executive Apartment.

　　安徽宿州希尔顿逸林酒店总经理

　　希尔顿集团近日宣布认命李啸(James Li)先生为安徽宿州希尔顿逸林酒店总经理，他将于2021年11月29日起全面负责酒店的日常经营和战略管理工作。

　　李啸先生来自上海，他曾在2017年至2020年期间先后担任杭州萧山中赢希尔顿酒店代理总经理和上海南翔希尔顿逸林酒店总经理。凭借其出众的沟通技巧，他与业主公司、酒店团队之间建立了稳固的合作关系，也获得了酒店集团和业主公司的一致好评。

　　作为一位资深酒店管理人士，李啸先生拥有超过20年酒店工作经验，他从基层做起，先后在卡尔森酒店集团、凯悦酒店集团和洲际酒店集团旗下多家酒店积累了丰富的酒店运营知识及经营管理经验。

　　Recently, Mr. James Li was appointed as General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Anhui - Suzhou effected on November 29th,2021, fully responsible for hotel daily operations and strategic management.

　　James is from Shanghai, he served as the Acting General Manager of Hilton Hangzhou Xiaoshan and the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai Nanxiang from 2017 to 2020. With the good communication skills, he established strong relationship with the Hilton Corporate Office and Owning Company as well as the hotel team.

　　James has more than 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry. He started from the basic and gained abundant professional knowledge and rich management experience in hotel operations through working for different international hotel chains, including Carlson, Hyatt and IHG.

　　As one of passionate, savvy and discerning person, James likes Cuisine, Running and Ping Pong. We believe that with his immersed Food &Beverage background and great experience in hotel management, James will lead the DoubleTree by Hilton Anhui - Suzhou team to expand Hilton Effect, deliver Hilton hospitality, and lead the hotel into a new milestone.

　　上海宏安瑞士大酒店荣幸宣布郭欣成(Jens Peter Corder)先生出任酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营及管理。来上海履新前，他是杭州英冠索菲特酒店的总经理。

　　郭欣成先生生于澳大利亚，但他对中国并不陌生，在中国的工作经历长达19年，北京、香港、天津、杭州和深圳等地都留下过他工作的足迹。此外，在其30多年的酒店业从业经历中，他还曾任职于澳大利亚、新加坡和印度的豪华酒店。

　　作为一个有着丰富国际品牌酒店工作经验的酒店人，郭欣成先生曾服务于喜来登、洲际、ANA、香格里拉和现在的雅高集团。他拥有系统全面的酒店管理知识，见多识广的宾客服务经验，并已融入亚洲及中国本地市场文化。

　　郭欣成先生凭借其出色专业的餐饮经验和开业经历加入雅高集团，筹备开业了深圳鹏瑞莱佛士酒店，并取得了营收业绩和品质管理方面的卓越表现，帮助酒店打造成为了深圳当地的领军酒店。随后他又参与了三亚海棠湾开维费尔蒙酒店的品牌重塑项目和最新开业的杭州英冠索菲特酒店项目。

　　郭欣成先生从餐饮入门，年轻时曾做过斟酒服务员，酒吧服务员和厨师，直至成为餐饮管理领导者。他在大连、香港和新加坡先后任职，继而成功转型为总经理，至今已有十余年。

　　Swissôtel Grand Shanghai is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jens Peter Corder as General Manager of the Hotel. Prior to his appointment in Shanghai, Jens was the General Manager of the Sofitel Hangzhou Yingguan.

　　Originally from Australia, Jens Peter Corder is no stranger to China, having worked in and out of China for over nineteen years, having served stints in Beijing, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Hangzhou and Shenzhen, to name a few cities in China. In addition, with more than 30 years of hotel experience, his other postings have been in Australia, Singapore and India.

　　An experienced hotelier, having worked across a few brands such as Sheraton, InterContinental and ANA groups in Australia and in Asia with Shangri-La and now Accor, Jens possess in-depth knowledge of hotel management and has garnered immense knowledge in hotel guest experience and an appreciative understanding of Asian and local Chinese culture.

　　Jens joined Accor armed with expertise in food and beverage and also in opening hotels and opened the Raffles Shenzhen and established the hotel as a market leader in Shenzhen both in terms of revenue performance and quality. Following Raffles, Jens took part in the rebranding of the Fairmont Hotel in Sanya Haitang Bay and most recently opened the Sofitel Hangzhou Yingguan.

　　Jens' management experience grew out of food and beverage. Whereas a young staffer, Jens worked as a Wine Waiter, Barman and Chef. Eventually, he moved into food and beverage management, serving stints in Dalian, Hong Kong and Singapore before moving into the General Manager role for ten years now.

　　2021年5月，西旅万澳酒店集团总裁陆贇先生宣布任命蓝建军为集团运营总监，全面负责西旅万澳酒店的整体运营及管理工作。

　　蓝建军先生来自陕西西安，于1999年开启酒店职业生涯，作为资深的酒店管理人，他拥有20多年的酒店从业经验。曾任职于首旅如家酒店集团、摩玛酒店集团等众多酒店品牌，担任重要管理职位，积累了丰富的酒店运营经验和卓越的领导才能。

　　在加入西旅万澳酒店之前，蓝建军先生在其他酒店集团担任西安区多店店长及集团开发职务。任职期间，他曾获得"酒店最佳总经理"、"酒店最佳领导力"等诸多殊荣。

　　万豪国际集团旗下郑州绿地JW万豪酒店宣布高鹏先生自 2021 年11 月3 日起担任郑州绿地 JW 万豪酒店运营总监一职。

　　高鹏先生来自陕西咸阳，拥有多元化的国际品牌连锁酒店运营背景，自2006年加入酒店行业至今，先后在北京、天津、石家庄、太原等地, 服务于万豪、洲际国际酒店管理集团，并取得卓越的酒店业绩，具备非常丰富的专业知识以及管理经验。履新前，高鹏先生担任太原洲际酒店房务总监，以及洲际集团大中华区北区房务总监一职，负责洲际北区70多家酒店房务部各项业务指标、房务部活动、房务部标准操作流程等工作。凭借高鹏先生丰富的管理经验和优秀的领导能力，相信他能够带领郑州绿地JW万豪酒店运营团队持续迈向更加成功的新篇章。

　　JW Marriott Zhengzhou announced the appointment of Roc Gao to the position of Director of Operations effective November 3rd, 2021.

　　Roc from Xianyang gained a solid foundation in operations working in international hospitality industry for 16 year since 2006. He has a variety of management positions at different functions and branded hotels including Marriott and InterContinental in Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Taiyuan. He has bring his team to build up a strong performance. Prior to this appointment, Roc was IHG Regional Rooms Leader, North China and Director of Rooms of InterContinental Taiyuan where he demonstrated great leadership. With his wealth of experience and strong leadership skills, we are confident that he will be able to drive great results for JW Marriott Zhengzhou.
