  玛丽蒂姆酒店集团正式宣布任命Reto Borer先生为太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心总经理,该酒店是玛丽蒂姆酒店集团在中国运营的第五家酒店,将于2022年第四季度开业。

  Reto将把他对中国的热爱,对酒店业的热忱以及在欧洲、澳大利亚、中东和亚洲三十年的国际酒店从业管理经验引入到他的新角色中。

  玛丽蒂姆酒店集团的首席商务官Roland Elter先生表示:"我们很高兴任命Reto Borer来运营我们在中国的最新项目。我相信,Reto在豪华酒店行业的丰富经验、对卓越服务的追求和对工作的热情将极大地帮助我们在实现集团目标方面取得持续成功。"

  谈到他的最新任命,Reto说:"我很荣幸成为太仓玛丽蒂姆酒店&会议中心开业筹备团队的一员。太仓是上海的后花园--上海下一站,下一站上海,致力于支持长三角酒店文旅业的持续增长和发展,我们在太仓蓄势待发。"

  Reto是一名经验丰富、充满激情的酒店管理者,在推动销售、超额完成目标、拓展成为市场领先的豪华酒店等方面有不菲的成绩。2000年,他踏入酒店行业,在澳大利亚珀斯喜来登酒店担任厨师长。随后,他在豪华酒店包括悉尼四季酒店、德国维森塔勒尔迦尼酒店、开罗拉美西斯希尔顿酒店、上海希尔顿酒店和迪拜卓美亚酒店得到逐步晋升。

  2010年,他来到北京,加入北京费尔蒙酒店担任行政总厨。随后,于2015年晋升为运营总监。2016年,他成为成都费尔蒙酒店筹备团队的酒店经理,协助酒店和公寓成功开业,在酒店理念、业绩发展和运营战略实施方面做出优异成绩。

  加入玛丽蒂姆酒店集团之前,Reto任职于大连凯宾斯基酒店担任总经理,全面负责酒店的日常运营、财务管理,在推动与政府和社区以及合作伙伴关系,加强战略发展等方面做出了突出贡献。

  Reto出生成长于瑞士,精通德语、英语和法语, 毕业于瑞士政府官方的餐饮管理专业,并进修了多项国际酒店管理和运营方面的专业证书和文凭,包括康奈尔大学(Cornell University)酒店管理文凭,和哈佛大学商学院(Harvardbusiness School)商业经济学证书。

  Maritim Hotels is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mr. Reto Borer as General Manager of the brand's fifth property in China, Maritim Hotel & Conference Center Taicang - slated to open in the last quarter of 2022.

  Reto will channel his innate love for China, passion for the hospitality industry, and impressive international hospitality leadership experience spanning three decades across Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia to his new role.

  Mr. Roland Elter the CCO of Maritim Hotels said: "We are delighted to appoint Reto Borer to oversee our latest exciting project in China.   Speaking of his appointment, Reto said, "It is a privilege to be a part of the incredible pre-opening team at Maritim Hotel & Conference Center Taicang. Taicang is the back garden of Shanghai.   Reto is a seasoned and passionate hotelier with a solid record of driving sales, overachieving targets, and developing market-leading luxury hotels. He took his first steps in the hospitality industry in 2000, working as Chef de Cuisine in Sheraton Perth. He then progressively worked his way up the ladder in some of the world's most luxurious hotels, including Four Seasons Sydney, Hotel Wiesenhof, Hilton Ramses Cairo, Hilton in Shanghai, and Jumeirah Dubai.

  In 2010 he moved to Beijing, joining Fairmont Beijing as Executive Chef. He subsequently got promoted to Director of Operations in 2015.In 2016 he was promoted to Hotel Manager as part of the pre-opening team of Fairmont Chengdu, where he assisted with the conceptualization, development, and operational strategy implementation of the hotel and residences' successful opening.

  Before joining Maritim Hotels, his most recent posting was as General Manager at Kempinski Dalian. In this role, he was instrumental in managing daily operations, financial performance, guest and staff engagement, government, and community relationships, cultivating sales partnerships, talent development, and driving key business strategies for the award-winning legacy hotel.

  A Swiss national, fluent in German, English, and French, Reto is a graduate in Food & Beverage from the government of Switzerland. He also holds numerous professional certifications and diplomas in international hotel management and operations. He has a diploma in Hospitality Administration and Management from Cornell University's General Manager Programme and a certificate in business economics from Harvard Business School.

  万源诺富特酒店总经理

  即将明年开业的万源诺富特酒店任命高俊先生为酒店总经理,他将全面负责酒店的前期筹备和后期日常经营与战略管理工作。

  高俊先生于2000年至2021年期间曾先后在上海半岛酒店、上海朱家角安麓酒店、上海迪士尼-船屋以及上海建滔诺富特酒店担任管理要职。从业以来,凭借其出众的沟通技巧,他与业主公司、酒店团队之间建立了稳固的合作关系,也获得了酒店集团和业主公司的一致好评。

  作为一位资深酒店管理人士,高俊先生从基层做起,拥有逾20年酒店工作经验,具备出色的团队领导力及敏锐洞察力,在运营管理及市场拓展方面拥有独到的见解。

  工作之余,高俊先生也是一位独具品位、热爱生活的人。他热衷于美食、篮球、影视以及旅游。此次履新,他将带领万源诺富特酒店续写华住品牌成就美好生活的使命,带领万源诺富特酒店开创新的征程!

  Novotel Wanyuan hotel which will be opening soon next year has appointed Mr. Max Gao as the General Manager. He will assume full responsibility for the hotel's pre-opening, day-to-day operation and strategic management.

  From year 2000 to 2021, Mr. Gao held management positions at the Peninsula Shanghai, Anlu Zhujiajiao Shanghai, Disney-Houseboat Shanghai and Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao. With his outstanding communication skills, he has established a solid cooperative relationship with the owner company and the hotel team, and has been praised by both the hotel group and the owner company.

  As a senior hospitality management member, Mr. Gao has more than 20 years of hotel working experience, excellent team leadership and keen insight, with unique insights in operation management and market expansion.

  After work, Mr. Gao is also a person with unique taste and love of life. He is keen on food, basketball, film and travel. In his new role, He will lead The Novotel Wanyuan hotel to continue the mission of achieving a better life as Huazhu brand, and lead the Novotel Wanyuan Hotel to embark on a new journey!

  闫帅先生

  张家港万豪酒店业主代表兼副总经理

  闫帅先生被任命为张家港万豪酒店业主代表兼副总经理,全面协助总经理负责酒店日常运营工作。

  闫帅先生拥有17年酒店从业及管理经验,职业生涯起步于北京丽晶酒店,之后服务于香格里拉,文华东方酒店集团,以及澳门金沙酒店度假区等知名国际品牌酒店集团并担任高级管理人员。

  十多年的市场营销工作经历使得闫帅先生对于市场有着敏锐的洞察力和前瞻力,他对于市场的把握运筹帷幄,善于通过创新销售,调整收益策略等实现酒店利润最大化。在酒店管理运营方面也有着同样独到的见解。

  闫帅先生喜欢通过旅游的方式了解世界,学习知识,广交朋友。音乐和运动也是他生命中的重要组成部分。

  成都托尼洛·兰博基尼酒店宣布任命彭缨(Penny Peng)女士为酒店人力资源经理,协助人力资源总监负责酒店人力资源的日常运营和管理工作。

  彭缨女士先后任职于雅高集团、洲际集团、太古集团旗下的高端国际品牌酒店,并多次参与酒店项目的筹备工作。其凭借过硬的专业知识,富有创意的工作风格和出色的团队领导能力,积累了丰富的管理实践经验和广泛的人脉。

  此次履新,她将秉承托尼洛·兰博基尼家族"极致·纯粹·不妥协"的精神,协助人力资源总监为本次的新项目引进和打造一支优秀的开业团队,续写品牌传奇。

  Penny has successively served for international hotel brands in Accor, InterContinental, and Swire Hotel Groups, and used to be part of pre-opening teams of hotel projects.   餐饮行政总监格里高利 · 菲利普先生是一名酒店餐饮界的专业人士,他于2017年在格里昂高等教育学院 (Glion Institute of Higher Education)获得国际酒店管理硕士学位,拥有近18年的五星级国际酒店和米其林一星及三星级餐厅任职经验。在加入深圳东海朗廷酒店之前,格里高利先生曾在英国、法国、美国、泰国和中国等世界各地担任餐饮管理要职,先后任职于伦敦多彻斯特酒店、柏悦酒店、索菲特酒店、凯宾斯基酒店和香格里拉酒店等国际品牌。格里高利先生对带领深圳东海朗廷酒店的餐饮发展走向更加璀璨的未来充满信心:"我很荣幸能来到中国最具活力的城市之一--深圳,并在此加入朗廷大家庭。能够开启这一新的篇章,我为之振奋,期望通过我的不懈努力,将深圳东海朗廷酒店打造为一个独具特色的美食目的地。"

  Recently, The Langham, Shenzhen welcomed a new member to the management team: Mr. Gregory Philippe, who will be serving as the hotel's Executive Assistant Manager F&B. This experienced French gentleman will bring new inspiration and excellence to the hotel's catering business.

  Mr. Gregory Philippe, a dedicated professional originally from France, earned his Master of Business Administration in International Hospitality at Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2017. Mr. Gregory holds around 18 years of 5-stars international hotels and 1&3 Michelin starred restaurants experience. Before joining the Langham, he has held various F&B management roles in UK, France, US, Thailand and China. With leading brands including The Dorchester London, Park Hyatt, Sofitel, Kempinski and Shangri-La, Mr. Gregory is confident steering the F&B development at The Langham, Shenzhen to the brighter future: "I feel privileged to join the Langham family here in Shenzhen, one of the country's most vibrant city. I am excited to start this new chapter and contribute to make the Langham Shenzhen a unique dinning destination".

  谈少敏先生

  福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店中餐行政总厨

  谈少敏师傅来自广东中山,拥有30年的酒店餐饮实操和管理经验,他曾就职于上海唐阁米其林食府,在深圳工作期间多次参与国家领导与国外元首的接待,出品深受好评。谈师傅熟练掌握不同菜单的设计和制作,擅于根据市场与季节变化推陈出新。目前,他主做传统精品粤菜,对鲍鱼、海参、鱼肚等高级食材的烹制亦颇有心得。此外,他对厨房管理、员工培训和烹饪技术指导、成本控制等均拥有丰富的经验。

  俗话说"食在广州",谈师傅就是从这座美食之都开启了他的厨师生涯。每天与不同的食物打交道,谈师傅不仅将烹饪掌勺练就成了自己的一技之长,并且爱上了美食。他始终秉承自然健康的理念,精挑细选最佳食材,用最为简单的烹调方式成就食物的本味。谈师傅的拿手菜包括三葱爆龙虾、虾仔麒麟东星斑、罗勒珍果鹅肝澳洲和牛粒、金汤珍珠大明虾球、当红脆皮鸡等。在米其林餐厅多年的工作经历让谈师傅保持细致严谨的工作态度,选材方面追求精良与卓越。在工作之余,谈师傅喜欢健身,也常与同行聚会交流学习以提升厨艺。
