　　近期，万豪国际集团任命徐明先生(Stanley Xu)为武汉汉口泛海喜来登大酒店总经理。此次履新，徐明先生将全面负责武汉汉口泛海喜来登大酒店的战略发展及日常运营的管理。

　　徐明先生拥有超过二十年五星级酒店的运营管理经验，还具有扎实的市场销售和酒店运营专业功底，能在不同市场和酒店不同的运营阶段都游刃有余。履新前，徐明先生曾在希尔顿和洲际酒店管理集团工作多年，极为熟悉中外酒店管理集团的管理模式，在国内成功开业过两家国际五星级酒店，积累了丰富的酒店筹开和运营经验。

　　2003年，徐明先生毕业于英国北安普敦大学商业市场分析硕士专业，曾深入参与了英国本土的市场咨询与制定市场计划工作，对分析客户需求与市场发展趋势有敏感的洞察力和前瞻性。能从酒店的实际差异性优势出发，结合本地文化资源，对酒店进行市场化资源整合，建立平台化营销及运营模式，逐步创立自有产品的文化和市场属性。

　　Recently, Marriott International Group appointed Stanley Xu as General Manager of Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel. For this new appointment, Mr. Xu would be responsible overall for strategic development and daily operational management of hotel.

　　Mr. Xu has a wealth of operational experience in the 5-star hospitality industry of over 20 years, which has steady professional skills in marketing and hotel operation, and he also could handle different market and each operational stage of hotel. Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel, Mr. Xu has worked for HI group and IHG group for many years, he is very familiar with the management mode of Chinese and foreign hotel groups. As well as he has successfully opened two International 5-star hotels in China and accumulated rich experience in hotel opening and operation.

　　In 2003, Mr. Xu graduated from the University College of Northampton in the UK with a master's degree in Business Market Analysis. He has been deeply participated in consulting and market planning work in the UK, and has sensitive insight and foresight in analyzing customer needs and market development trends. He could combine with local cultural resources to integrate market-oriented resources and establish a platform marketing as well as operation mode based on the actual differentiated advantages of the hotel, and gradually create the cultural and market attributes of its own products.

　　北京康莱德酒店宣布韩翟先生(Mr. Sidney Hardy)出任北京康莱德酒店总经理，于2021年10月8日正式任职。

　　韩翟先生将全面负责北京康莱德酒店整体运营和战略管理工作，并汇报于希尔顿大中华区北区营运副总裁郭瑞乐先生(Mr. Joseph Khairallah)。

　　韩翟先生在酒店行业拥有超过30年的工作及管理经验，职业足迹遍布英国、新加坡、韩国、南京、上海等多个国内外城市，并积累了非常丰富的奢华酒店管理经验。韩翟先生的中国酒店职业生涯始于2007年上海金茂君悦酒店，之后的十逾年间，曾先后在深圳、天津以及南京等地的国际奢华酒店工作并担任重要管理职位，对中国本地市场拥有敏锐的洞察力，以及对酒店行业独到的见解。在加入北京康莱德酒店之前，韩翟先生就职于南京金奥费尔蒙酒店，担任总经理职位。

　　Mr. Sidney Hardy was appointed as the General Manager of Conrad Beijing and officially took office on October 8, 2021, the hotel announced. Mr. Hardy will be fully responsible for the overall operation and strategic management of Conrad Beijing. He will directly report to Mr. Joseph Khairallah, Vice President of Operations - China North.

　　Mr. Hardy has more than 30 years of work and management experience in the hospitality industry. He has made a name for himself in luxury hotel management prior to joining Conrad Beijing with a career footprint that covers many countries, including Britain, Singapore and South Korea, and domestic cities such as Nanjing and Shanghai. Mr. Hardy's Chinese hotel career began in 2007 at Grand Hyatt Shanghai. In the following decade, he held many key management positions in international luxury hotels in Shenzhen, Tianjin and Nanjing.

　　He has a keen insight on China's local market and an astute vision on the hospitality industry. Before joining Conrad Beijing, Mr. Hardy served as the General Manager of the Fairmont Nanjing. Speaking about his ambitions for the new post, Mr. Hardy said: "I am very happy to work in Beijing, the capital of China, which will also open a new chapter in my career at the Hilton Group. I am honored to be the General Manager of Conrad Beijing. 　　The COLI Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alex Han as the General Manager of The COLI Hotel Fuzhou. He will be fully responsible for hotel overall operation and strategic management after on boarding.

　　Mr. Alex Han graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Master's Degree in International Hotel Management, and launched his hotel career in 2002. With rich operation experience, excellent leadership and magnetic personality, he served for Marriott International at Beijing, Zhengzhou, Nanning, Jiaxing respectively and won the best hotel opening General Manager under the category of Marriott Selected Service Brands in 2017.

　　Before joining The COLI Hotel Fuzhou, Mr. Alex Han had successfully completed the opening preparation of the Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou Airport Hotel，Renaissance Hotel Nanning and Hilton Jiaxing. 　　近日，烟台世茂希尔顿酒店任命陆卫先生(Mr. David Lu)为营运总监，全面负责运营部的日常管理工作。

　　陆卫先生履新前担任青岛东方影都融创希尔顿逸林酒店营运总监一职，在他逾18年的职业生涯中，曾先后于多家国际品牌集团酒店担任要职，包括希尔顿、雅高、洲际酒店管理品牌等。

　　多年工作经历使他的足迹遍及全国多个城市，且积累了丰富的酒店管理经验。不同地域的任职经验使得他擅于对比总结，逐渐形成对酒店运作管理，尤其是餐饮服务及运营管理的独到见解。

　　Before joining Hilton Yantai, Mr. David Lu took the position as the Director of Operations at Double Tree by Hilton Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis. During his over 18-year-professional career, he has been worked in several international brand hotel groups including Hilton, Accor and InterContinental.

　　Years of work experience has enabled him to travel across different cities and accumulated rich experience in hotel management. His experience has made him gradually formed unique insights especially in catering services and operation management.

　　Mr. Sun has 30 years' experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in New World, Starwood，Marriott. Mr. Peter Sun started his hotel career in Hangzhou Huanglong Hotel. After then, he served Ningbo Donggang Hotel, Sheraton Ningbo Hotel and other international brand hotels. In 2014 Peter Sun rejoined Ningbo Marriott Hotel. Prior to this appointment, Peter Sun served as Director of F&B in Ningbo Marriott Hotel. He has accumulated rich experience in F&B operation and management.
