中国酒店人奖颁奖启动

　　中国，上海。2014年7月-中国酒店业在过去几年呈现爆炸性的增长，并在未来持续强力发展。高端酒店及精品酒店同样在世界精选之中，中国正处于国际和国内旅行市场的前沿。

　　中国酒店人奖将于2014年12月11日在上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店举行。这个奖项首次在中国颁奖，也是国内向酒店业工作者致敬的唯一奖项。酒店人致力于为每位来宾提供最独特且最难忘的服务体验。真正完美的酒店服务绝不只依靠于奢华设施，除却这些硬件设备，更打动人心的是站在来宾面前的每一位酒店人。正是这样一个可爱的群体让酒店充满生机。本次典礼将向酒店各领域的奉献者献上迟来的祝福与感谢，也是同行者相互庆祝的完美狂欢。

　　这次活动向中国各区域开放(包括内地，香港，澳门)，有才华的竞争者将被逐一认真审查及复核。资深评奖人在本行业拥有丰富的技巧和知识，每位评奖人都将根据其管理酒店的成功经验以及其对酒店人辛勤付出的由衷感激，作出认真考量。

　　评审委员会组成：Yona He-福布斯旅游指南，亚洲太平洋&大洋洲地区副总裁;Alison Gilmore-亚洲国际豪华旅游博览高级展会总监;Dr. Sacha Stöcklin上海锦江理诺仕酒店管理学院 -学院负责人/学术主任;许京生- 中国旅游饭店业协会秘书长。

　　评审委员将秉持公正公平原则为15项奖项挑选候选者：年度总经理，年度管家酒店人，年度金融酒店人，年度主厨，英雄小人物等奖项。 评选委员会将根据申请者陈述的事实选出每个奖项的前5名候选者，据此，中国酒店人奖和《福布斯旅游指南》将对5位提名者收集信息。每个奖项的优胜者将由收集到的各种信息决定，其中包括在申请中自我陈述的事实、面试、推荐信和事实资料。最受欢迎酒店人奖得主将由网络票选决定。

　　THE HOTELIER AWARDS CHINA LAUNCH

　　Press release: The Hotelier Awards China is a celebration of brilliance - the pinnacle of appreciation of the people bringing life to a hotel.

　　Shanghai, China. July 2014 - China has experienced explosive growth within the hospitality industry over the last few years and this is set to continue unabated. Boasting a vast selection of luxury and boutique hotels, amongst some of the world's finest; China is at the forefront of international and domestic travel.

　　The Hotelier Awards China launch, held on Thursday 11th December 2014 at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai Pudong, is the first and only accolade in China, which honors the dedicated professionals of the hotel industry. It is the employees at the hotel, which make the guest experience remarkable and memorable. A hotel's brilliance is not just attributed to a luxurious interior; peel back the lavish fixtures and fittings and a group of people stand before you. It is these individuals who breathe life into a hotel. The Hotelier Awards China will become an annual rendezvous which is an overdue recognition bestowed upon those best in their field. It is also an opportunity to celebrate with peers.

　　Applications are open and any property in Greater China (including Hong Kong and Macau) can apply. The high caliber of entrants will be carefully judged and examined by a panel of experts who, between them, hold a wide plethora of industry specific skills and knowledge. Each judge is hand selected due to their deep comprehension and appreciation of the complexities involved with managing a successful hotel.

　　The judging panel comprises of: Yona He - Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific & Oceania - Forbes Travel Guide, Alison Gilmore - Senior Exhibition Director - International Luxury Travel Market (ITLM), Dr. Sacha Stöcklin - Campus Director/Academic Dean - Les Roches Shanghai and Jingsheng Xu - The General Secretary of National Hotel Association/Vice Director of National Tourism Administration China.

　　The judges will make unbiased decisions on 15 award categories including; GM of the Year, House-Keeping Hotelier of the Year, Finance Hotelier of the Year, Chef Hotelier of the Year and Unsung Hero to name a few. The judge panel will decide on the top five candidates for each category on the facts presented in the applications. The Hotelier Awards China and Forbes Travel Guide will then collect additional data on the chosen five nominees. The winner for each category will be decided based on a combination of the facts presented in the application, interviews, testimonials and the property data compiled. The final category is Most Popular Hotelier with the winner being decided via online voting.
